Our plan to find and save the Shanghai Jewish headstone is conducted by an independent members of the Shanghai Jewish Community.

Mr. Dvir Bar-Gal has dedicated the last 10 months to look for these graves and bring this issue to official and public attention.

Dvir has lived in Shanghai for 15 months and has been a member of the Shanghai Jewish Community since his arrival. Mr. Bar-Gal is photojournalist and director of television documentaries. (Please see attached CV.)
Other Members of the community volunteered to assist the operation of the project.

A temporary storage for holding the stones was offered by another community member.
