Duchowaskaia Lea, daughter of Yaakov. The stone was used as
a doorstep in front of a farm house. The landlord was reluctant
to part with the stone and asked for 500RMB and nothing less.
He stood on the stone and said it belonged to him. Even his
daughters and grandaughters that were assisting the project
were unable to convince him otherwise. Several calls were
made to the family but to no avail. A year later visited the
landlord and found that the stone had been hidden in the sheep
pen. Eventually the family sold the stone for RMB 100. The
landlord has since become an invaluable assistant to the project.
